Buyer’s RV Inspection – Essential and Premier

Whether your RV is newer and only needs the Essential inspection package or it’s older and would greatly benefit from getting the Premier inspection, we’ve got you covered with our three Buyer’s RV Inspection choices.

Essential and Premier: What’s the Difference?

When you choose between Essential and Premier, what you’re really choosing is how in-depth each inspection will go. Every inspection type includes the same basic category headers, but what’s included for each can vary greatly. Here’s an example of the differences.

Essential

Inspect and rate the roof’s condition.
Rate the condition of the roof vents, antenna, air conditioners, and any other roof-mounted components.

Premier

Everything listed above.
Identify the sealants and roof material type that were applied to the roof.
Identify areas of concern, including potential water intrusion points.

Each type of inspection provides you with the basics, but if you upgrade to Premier, you’re going to learn much more about your new RV.

Pre-Listing / RV Seller’s Inspection

Have you been planning to sell your RV? Before you list it, get ahead of the game by scheduling an RV Seller’s Inspection. As with the Buyer’s Inspection, you can choose from the Essential or Premier Package.

New RV Orientation

Even if you’re familiar with RVs, getting a new one can be a bit disorienting. Therefore, we offer a New RV Orientation, so that you can learn everything about your new ride. Signing up for this as soon as you’ve made your purchase will be your best bet.

Walkthrough / Systems Training

We’ll take you on a walkthrough of your new RV. Plus, we’ll teach you all about your RV systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for people who are newer to RVs.

RV Warranty Inspection

Is your warranty about to expire? Book us to take a comprehensive look at your RV. If there is anything that is covered by your warranty, we’ll let you know so you can make a claim!

Insurance Inspection

Some insurers require that they have someone verify the condition of the vehicle before they’ll provide financing. Fortunately, this is yet another RV job that we’re equipped to handle. We’ll provide your insurer with everything they need to know!

Winterization / De-Winterization

If you’ve never winterized a vehicle before, why not allow us to take care of it instead? We’ll perform every action listed on the winterization or de-winterization checklist. This process takes some time, so save yourself the hassle and hire us today!

Water Heater Maintenance

We can take care of all of your water heater needs. Whether your water heater isn’t providing hot water anymore or if it’s gotten stuck in super scalding hot mode, we can help! Let us return your water heater to its normal operating mode.

Re-Inspections

Your RV went through its first inspection and the RV repair addendum. Your sellers say that they’ve taken care of everything. Just to be sure, though, why not book a Re-Inspection? We can verify that everything is working properly and that nothing new has gone wrong since we last checked it.

Roof Inspections

Without a solid roof, you’re not going to get too far. It’s recommended that RV owners have their roof inspected twice per year. Call us to take care of it for you!

RV Transport / Delivery

If you’re purchasing an RV that is located anywhere in the continental US, we can get it to you! We offer an RV Transport service that allows you to sit at home and relax. The RV will be delivered right to your driveway.
